The History

For many years I have been making custom blends of essential oils for the office. For many clients the first thing they mention is how nice it smells here. Far from being an overpowering perfume, the light scent of pure essential oils welcomes you into our space. We also use them during our massage and energy sessions. Due to their popularity, our custom blends are now available for purchase.

Popular Uses

Essential oils are very versatile, and a small bottle will last a long time. Here are just a few of my favorite uses:

  • Make your own Room Fragrance.
    • Fill the top of an Oil Burner with water, add 3-4 drops of oil.
    • Put a few drops on a Lamp Ring.
    • On your Stove add 5 drops to a pan of water and simmer.
  • Keep a tissue scented with your favorite blend to carry around with you all day. This is especially nice during a stressful time.
  • Soak a cotton ball and place it in your vacuum cleaner bag. Every time you vacuum your house will smell so clean!
  • Soak in a warm bath with 3-5 drops of a relaxing blend and Epsom Salts.
  • Add a few drops to an unscented hand lotion, moisturizer or massage oil. Go easy here – a little goes a long way.

*Some essential oils (peppermint and eucalyptus for example) can not be put on the skin undiluted and can irritate if used near your eyes. Please familiarize yourself with the benefits and precautions of your oils. I like aura cacia’s website – www.auracacia.com.
